Placing the following under the <head> tag will automatically redirect your Blogger blog to the specified URL.
<meta HTTP-EQUIV='REFRESH' content='0; url=http://your_new_url.com'/>
Changing the '0' to '5' will auto-redirect to the new URL after 5 seconds.
