Erik Lorincz's signature cocktail.
Erik is head bartender of the American Bar at Savoy London, he is also the 'Best International Bar Tender' (2011).
The Pioneer:
INGREDIENTS
50ml Bacardi Superior Rum
15ml Dry orange Triple Sec
15ml Swedish Punsch
15ml Caster Sugar
30ml Fresh lime juice
3 drops creole bitters
METHOD
Shake all ingredients and pour into champagne flute. Garnish with a lump of ice.
